For the broth: 500g prawn shells and heads, 300g pork bones, dried shrimp, dried sole fish. Broth must simmer 45 minutes minimum. Served with yellow noodles + rice vermicelli, fresh prawns, pork belly, hard-boiled egg, kangkung, sambal.
